I had a great experience with Dr. William Lao for my rhinoplasty. I was very nervous about the procedure at first but Dr. Lao explained the procedure and answer my questions in the pre-op appointment. The outcome elevated my appearance while preserving my Asian feature, which is very important to me. There was minimal scarring.
