Rhinoplasty for Asian Nose

WORTH IT$16,000
With a Southeast Asian type flat-ish nose, I have been wanting to get a nose job done. Plus after jaw surgery I found my nose even worse: moving the upper jaw forward is not looking good for me with flat-nose, so I decided to get some nose done one year later, a duration which is recommended to wait between surgery near jaw area. My surgeon referred me to Dr Most, and after reading some reviews here and there, I was pretty sure that he was one of the best in the area.
I had a Rhinoplasty w/ rib with Dr. Most in late 2019 after one or two consultation (pricy-ish at a hundreds of dollar).
Some negative - the nose was okay but my rib was hurting a lot during that post-op days. I had trouble sleeping on the rib sides for almost a whole year, a situation that I complained to Dr Most, and that finally got better after one year mark. Now I can sleep on my side and rolling, without problems. Ehh, healing is slow.
And the nose is not perfectly symmetrical left-to-right. I don't remember if it was going to be a free revision, but I think that is just about 5%-ish problem and decided to carry on. Worth noting that Dr. Most try some non-invasive ways, dubbed 'new ways', to try to move the nose angle a bit for the problem, but it didn't work. That is the risk people may need to be aware of.
But that is just negative asides. I am much happier with my new nose when looking at mirror and taking photos. It is on a subtle side that people wouldn't assume it is artificial. And with the nose I am able to spot more Asian celebrities with similar type of Rhinoplasty done.
misc billing: Dr Most was in Stanford Healthcare system, which I have been a frequent but which does have little problems; if you are not, you may need to register and wait them to call to schedule or something.
