Not a surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty

Despite my initial review, the rhinoplasty lost its structural integrity and needed more work to bring it back to balance. Here were the former results from my primary rhinoplasty after about 1.5 years.

I sought a several second opinions and decided to have a revision rhinoplasty completed in Boston by a different plastic surgeon. The new surgeon provided me with digital images, discussed my concerns with me in detail and took a very delicate procedural approach. She performed alarplasty to reduce flaring and width, harvested septal cartilage to better support the tip, reduced the tip size and cleaned up the bridge by smoothing out the bumps. The healing process has been much easier than expected and I can already see a huge difference in results. At only 25 days post-op, my nose is already looking much better. I am confident that the structural changes will support the aesthetics over time. I would no longer recommend Dr. Rockmore after
experiencing a properly executed revision rhinoplasty.

Updating this review with the disappointing results after 18 months of healing. I decided to seek a second opinion as the tip of my nose was still over projected and under supported, my nostrils were wider and more flared than they were previously and the work done to my bridge was choppy.
