AMAZING Surgeon, Don't Look Any Further, He is the One!

First and foremost, I want to express how amazing this process has been since day 1 at the consult, even before that, I had A LOT of questions and BJ was SO helpful in answering all of them. The day of my consult, I was so nervous, excited, cautious that what I wanted, couldn't be achieved. First of all, Dr. Harmych was very honest about what I wanted and the reality, his main concern, that I could still breathe through my nose and he wanted my "new nose" to go with my face and still look natural. - and let me just say, he blew my expectations out of the water! It is 2 weeks ago today I had the surgery done and I honestly couldn't be happier, I am SO glad I chose Dr. Harmych. Surgery day, I was super nervous, I was about to do something that could change my life for the better, or for the worst, cosmetic plastic surgery is a serious decision that needs to be thought through with a fine tooth comb. The day of surgery, I cried, tears of joy and tears of fear, I thought to myself, what if I hate my new nose, I've had this nose for 29 years, what if I look weird or it doesn't fit my face like I thought it would? Dr. Harmych took all of those worries away, his gentle words and expertise is what helped me make the final decision to choose him. The passion he has during the consult was contagious! I STUDIED his before and after pictures like it was my job, I asked a lot of questions and more questions as we got closer to the day of surgery, and even more questions after surgery when the split was removed. During the week of recovery with the split on, I was SHOCKED at how little I bruised, I've done my research on rhinoplasty's and was expecting to look like a raccoon for 2 weeks, and WOW, Dr. Harmych has hands of an angel, I barely bruised at all, I healed very quickly, like any surgery, it takes time for the swelling to go down, the split was removed 7 days ago and I can already tell some swelling went down, all of my bruising is gone (2 weeks today post op) and I feel great, I can breathe, I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. This was by far the best decision I ever made.. not getting the procedure done, but who I chose to do it, I will forever be grateful for Dr. Harmych and his team. The hospitality I received was amazing, phone calls to check on me, flowers, I swear I even saw his staff tear up a little bit when he took the splint off, handed me the mirror and I broke down in tears. From the day of my consult, I knew in my heart he was the surgeon I wanted to "fix" my BIGGEST insecurity for so many years. Choosing a Board Certified FACIAL Plastic Surgeon was VERY important to me, I wanted to work with someone that specializes in the face, not other plastic surgery such as body contouring, etc. If after reading this long review and you're still having any doubts, the pictures speak for themselves, and this was only a week after surgery when the split was removed, I can't wait to see a few months down the road when all of the swelling goes down!
