I still cant see an improvement. But I think there will be no improvement on my nostril. One of my alar is disconnected. I asked about it since the cotton off also when cast off. Dr said it was swollen alar. But look at it now.

Wrong alar reduction
I did rhinoplasty with alar reduction with dr Kim at Marble Plastic Surgery in Seoul. Don't go there, as dr doesn't know how to reduce alar correctly. Dr Kim reduce my alar base with cut too much alar made my nose looks shorter. Look at pictures below.

I actually understand now. You never needed alarplasty to begin with as your nostrils were already small amd removing any amount of nostril skin would have been a bad idea. Instead, a real expert surgeon would have led you in the direction of needing projection added to your nose without removing and wedge of skin from your nostrils which would have stretched the alars out further from your face without making them look too small. I am sorry this happened to you, and yes your only hope to correct this would be a skin graft, however be careful because the graft is not guaranteed to take and u may be in deeper water than you are already in.
