Horrible experience - he left me with alar base scarring

I had a Rhinoplasty with Dr. Parhischar in 2017. He left me with horrible alar base scarring. I went to him a year later (after healing) to complain and ask for my money back. He declined. He said my nose looks “natural” and that he could not even tell the scars where there. However, from the photos it is clear how obvious they are. The scarring is also asymmetrical. He offered to do surgery again but I said no. I showed my scars to other surgeons, one at Stanford and he was shocked by how poorly my surgery was done and said he could not do anything to fix the scarring because of how poorly the incisions were made. I am shocked by the 5 star rating. I see some other pictures under the reviews not showing a good result. I think surgeons should be responsible and refund their patient when they do a poor job and leave the patient in a worse position than they were before surgery. I took so long to review because I have been so depressed but seeing other people also not getting the best result from this doctor motivated me to share. I do not recommend this doctor at all. Please be careful in your search.
