My nose looks great and exactly like what we discussed

Dr. Sinno did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty. I had gotten filler in my nose from a different provider (more on that below if it is of interest), and decided just to do a consult for a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sinno because of his glowing reviews. Those reviews are definitely warranted, Dr. Sinno was very kind and understanding from the get go. He was interested in hearing my concerns and coming up with a plan that fit my needs. He has seen multiple patients that went with the filler option first and was able to clearly explain why it is not a good long term solution. However, I never felt like he was pushing the rhinoplasty procedure on me, just explaining how it would help me get the results I was looking for. It really does feel like he wants the best for his patients. The overall surgery was much easier than anticipated, and Dr. Sinno was very helpful and communicative before, during, and after the procedure. My nose looks great and exactly like what we discussed. Even so, he had me come in multiple times over the course of 6+ months after the procedure just to be sure that everything was healing appropriately. Would recommend 100 times over.

Filler vs. Rhinoplasty
I got 2 syringes of filler over the course of 2 years by a different provider. Because I was beginning to dislike the bigger look it gave my nose, and also did not like the idea of having to continuously do the procedure I decided to go for a rhinoplasty consult. When I saw Dr. Sinno he was able to assess that I still had almost a syringe and a half of filler still in my nose, meaning my previous doctor had injected more filler despite knowing I still had excess. It also made me realize that the filler had skewed my idea of my nose and as soon as it started dissolving a little bit I wanted to go back to have it perfectly straight. If I could advise I would skip getting the filler - it seems like a more cost effective/less invasive solution to rhinoplasty but at the end of the day you end up spending more money if you keep it up long term and it also can result in a build up of filler. Dr. Sinno dissolved the excess filler free of charge before my procedure to get an accurate picture of my actual nose.
