An Amazing Journey

Some 40 or more years ago, a freak accident left me with a badly damaged nose, breathing issues and a lack of self confidence. Mr Rowe-Jones was recommended to me 10 or more years ago but I was too apprehensive at the time to go ahead with surgery; I was worried about the procedure because of what was involved. I made contact with Mr Rowe-Jones again in 2022 with a view to having the surgery at some point in 2023. The use of the Piezo Laser was one of the main reasons I felt more confident about the surgery. Mr Rowe-Jones was very understanding of this, explaining how he would use the laser to achieve the agreed outcome, supported by photographs. I felt heard and supported with regards to my fear of undergoing an anaesthetic, the process was clearly explained and I was able to speak to the anaesthetist before surgery which helped immensely. The correspondence and advice including after care from the admin/support team was excellent, always quick to reply to any messages and answer any questions.
I exercised the advice given to maximise recovery and outcome and took some weeks off work to self-care and just a few months in, the surgery has been better than I could have imagined. The work Mr Rowe-Jones did to mend the damage to my nose is life changing in some ways, I can now breathe properly, my nose is now straight and looks very natural so I am extremely happy!
