I had been wanting this since I was younger. I broke my nose a few times during soccer and developed a huge bump. I wanted to undergo this not only for cosmetic purposes but I also had a deviated septum and asymmetrical nostrils. After extensive research, I found Dr. Grigoryants. It is very important to do your research and find a doctor that will accommodate your wants and needs. We all know cosmetic procedures are out of pocket expenses and you want to invest your money into a good surgeon. In my case I am very happy I chose Dr. Grigoryants.

So happy you did! I had a similar situation, where my nose was broken twice and had a bump on my nose. It bothered me tremendously and eventually I got it fixed. It's been 10 years now and couldn't be happier. It was one of the best decisions of my life. Good luck!

Day of surgery

I had my surgery at Avangaurd in Tarzana.
I had the first case if the day, which I was happy about cause I didn’t have to fast for long and I woke up and got it done! The staff was really nice to me, but I did not appreciate the way they completely ignored my anesthesiologist when he asked them to wheel me into the OR. My brother helped the doc wheel me in . Be respectful to your docs!
Dr. Grigoryants walked in and looked at my nose, I woke up and I was done! Easy as 1,2,3 :)
I had no pain, I was just completely out of it. Lol
