Want to get 80% closer to my dream nose

I have to be honest, the entire experience was a disaster. I was assured by Baldwin he knew what I wanted and we had agreed on realistic wish pics. I was told he could get me 80% closer to my dream nose, but instead it went minus 80%, and I'm now left with an ugly nose that doesn't suit my face at all. I was closer to my goal before rhinoplasty.
What was also incrediblly disappointing was Dr Baldwin's response to my distress about my less than desireable outcome. All he could tell me was 'there's nothing else he could do' and I should 'seek therapy'. I have since been in touch with other Plastic surgeons who have confirmed for me that my nose can be fixed, despite Baldwin's claims.
For someone who tells you upfront that he will be honest with you, his lack of honestly/accountability and even just acknowledgement that my results aren't close to the goal we agreed on, is really disheartening and upsetting. Would not recommend to anyone.

I'm a week shy of it being one year since my surgery with Mark Baldwin. Here is my nose now. Pinched and slightly crooked tip, very flared nostrils. From my profile, the apex of my nose now hangs very low, which I never had before. The worst part is how my nostrils flare diagonally upwards now.
