Exceptional! 5ft 6, 33, tummy tuck & stomach, arms & back lipo with rhinoplasty

Trustworthy Hospital with Excellent Staff, Quality of Care & Value

WORTH IT
A few things first, I want to give a completely honest and fair review so this is going to be a lengthy one… for those who are looking for an easier read, I have laid out bullet points.
- My Treatments included, Tummy Tuck with lipo to stomach, arms and back with Rhinoplasty. I am a young professional, 5ft 6, 33 years of age and was a size 10-12. Closer to a 12.
- I booked my own transport, stayed at The Fairpoint, a hotel I chose and paid for separately which was around 20 mins away from the hospital. Taxis are erratic drivers, in hindsight maybe a vanity transfer would have been better or at least book a large “black” Taxi.
- Dr Guray Yesaladi was my surgeon, he owns the hospital and is the most experienced surgeon they have
- You can have a zoom call with your surgeon prior to travelling. There is a charge for this I believe £25-£50 but I find that more than fair, there’s a charge for a high number of surgeon consultations in the UK
- I was not forced or even asked to leave a review. I’ve not had the word review mentioned to me by anybody at Vanity
- Yes, I would return. I have previously had surgeries with the hospital group who are now in administration and I would rather have surgery with Vanity
- Vanity staff involved in my stay include: Dr Guray - The surgeon, Gaye- initial patient treatment coordinator, Aleyna - Patient care coordinator, Hazle, Daria & Sevinc - The nurses. There were lots more nurses but these ladies were dedicated to me, so much I got their names.
- Yes there is a language barrier between English and the nursing staff but they all have a translation app so this isn’t an issue. There will be no language barrier for any English speaking person with Dr Guray or Aleyna
THE STAFF
- DR GURAY - Where to start, he is very knowledgeable, extremely calming and reassuring. I cannot for the life of me understand why anybody would say they felt rushed or didn’t feel he had time for them. My consultation with him lasted as long as I needed it to which was almost an hour. He gave me loves of information, took before pictures and invited as many questions as I would like. We discussed my expectations, if they were realistic and what to expect at each point post op. Hourly, daily and weekly. Everything he told me was absolutely correct! I entered his office nervous and anxious, I left excited and feeling prepared. I have never met a better surgeon and I’ve met over 10. My planned stay at the hospital was 2 nights but my blood pressure was low, not dangerously low just a little so DR GURAY asked me to stay another night as he didn’t want me to feel worried or have any issue. I wasn’t charged for this, I only mention this as other reviews state they were rushed out of the door or asked for more money. I cannot imagine Vanity or Dr GURAY doing that.
- Gaye - The first person I spoke to at Vanity. Gaye gave me honest, open and truthful advice. Responded very quickly and reassured me whenever I needed. She has been an invaluable part of my journey, is so knowledgeable, supportive & responsive
- ALEYNA my patient care coordinator was nothing short of AMAZING, Caring, Reassuring just an ANGEL. Aleyna is on hand constantly via what’s app, I messaged her on the Sunday after my appointment and she responded within 10 minutes. I have never ever had better service or treatment from anybody within any other company in my whole life. She genuinely cares for her patients and you can tell she loves her job. When I came round from surgery she was there, she sat with me when I was coming round from the anaesthetic, she was an amazing support. I cannot thank her enough
- Sevinc, Daria, Hazel & All the nurses. These guys were fantastic, Daria & Hazel were a double act… raising your spirits, having good conversations and just being caring all round. Sevinc is a true caring and nurturing soul, her English is limited but Google translate as mentioned soon fixed that. Sevinc is the kind of nurse who cares reactively, brushing my hair and plaiting it without me asking, helping me to the bathroom, moving my pillows, helping me to walk a true caring loving nurse. All of the nurses were fabulous, kind gentle and caring. They really are all amazing!
