I am a 27-year-old female who had a Rhinoplasty by Dr. Ridenour about 4 months ago. I had considered having this procedure for years. Honestly, I thought about it for almost 10 years. I wanted to feel more confident and not be insecure about my nose.
I actually ended up at Ridenour Plastic Surgery based on Dr. Ridenour’s internet reviews. I had already scheduled consultations with other doctors but continued to do more research and found Dr. Ridenour. When I called to look into his office, it seemed like the perfect fit, even over the phone. The person who answered my call was really sweet and informative.
I really don’t know how to explain my impression of the practice at my first visit. Saying it was amazing is an understatement. Everyone was warm and seemed like they really cared about the patient, not just the practice. It wasn’t an assembly line where everyone gets the same nose and same amount of time (very in and out) like I had felt with other doctors I'd seen in the past. My visit was beyond my expectations.
Dr. Ridenour did a great job of educating me at my consultation. He really listened to what I wanted, not just what he saw. He took the time to answer all of my many questions. He was also accessible by email to correspond directly with me. That was amazing! It was nice to be able to communicate and I also loved the photos he sent to me that gave me a visual of what to expect. Truly beyond my expectations of what was possible. The end result looks exactly like the photos he created for me.
During my recovery, everyone was very available to help me. Everything I needed or any concern I had was always responded to quickly. I loved all of the follow ups and how close they monitored how I was healing. I never got the “we will see you in 6 months” speech/attitude. They really cared about how I was doing. I always felt comfortable and safe with Dr. Ridenour and his staff. They all made me feel at ease and I never had a fear of anything bad or negative happening.
My result is exactly what I wanted. My nose is perfect!! I never thought I'd ever be able to say that. I could not have asked for a better experience or results. I have already been recommending Dr. Ridenour to my family and friends.
