My nose i still not straight- revision needed

Not only are my nostrils asymmetrical but i have this line running down my nose, my entire nose shifts to the left, and theres a part of my nostril skin that sticks out way too much. which I have to always cover up with makeup. I’m going to require a revision. FYI, revisions cost way more. Im looking at 20k- 40k. I refuse to go back to a doctor that runs his practice like a drive through service. When i mentioned to him about the asymmetry, he agreed and told me he could fix it in office. In office? Absolutely not. Whoever is reading this, this is your face! Shortly after I had a previous patient message me to tell me how the same thing happened to her, and she ended up letting him do it in office then her nose ended up worse.

My nostrils haven’t changed much, they are still asymmetrical and even some of my nasal skin shows too much.

Getting better but emotional rollercoaster
Catgirl23August 12, 2022
So I decided to give it more time and so happy I did. I stopped obsessing over it and allowed more time to heal. My nose does look about 70% better. I feel like nostrils are not 100% symmetrical yet but they have been getting better. He stated that I do have swelling which is causing the slight asymmetry. I do like how my nose looks now and love how natural it looks. Everyone compliments my nose Every-time they see it. The doctor has been very responsive to all my emails and squeezed me in for a consult earlier than scheduled. Seriously tough, I was not prepared for how emotionally crazy this surgery is. I can tell you though that it gets better with time.

You could have saved yourself a LOT of worry and anxiety if you had done any research at all - which I'm sure you didn't do much of based on your review. I've been binge watching u-tube videos for the last 2 years in prep for my nose job and there are two things that are consistent, 1. Uneven swelling will last for up to a year depending on skin thickness; 2. The tip area can stay very swollen for up to 2 years! If you have thick skin, count on it! Do not look in any mirrors for the first 3-months unless you enjoy extreme anxiety! This is a very slow process and you aren't going to look like Miss Universe immediately if at all
