Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Disrespectful and Revision
I have had nothing but issues with Dr. Giorgi. I went into surgery back on 07/24/2020. After swelling had decreased, I noticed that my right hip was extremely bigger and higher than the left. It took me about 6 months to finally contact the staff, which took another 6 months to send my concerns over to Dr. Giorgi. After a year later, I was scheduled to come in for a revision on 8/4/2021. The first thing I said was, “Good Morning. You are extremely hard to catch up with, I have been trying to contact you for a year now?”
He says, “That is good!” I said, “Wait. Did you say that is good?” He says, “Yes!” I told him as a doctor, I would have never made a comment like this to any patients or persons, and I find it rude for you to make this statement to me.” After going back and forth, he never apologized for his statement, but told me to undress. I did that. He looks and says, “I don’t see a difference.” I asked, “Would you like me to get dressed so that you can see what I see?” “No,” He said.
Then after he conducted a half review of me, he said, “I will not do the revision.” I politely asked, “Have you thought about reviewing me with my dress on, for a better understanding of my concern?” He said, “No, I will not do it and walk out!” I got dressed and showed the nurse or his assistant, who was in there, the differences. She said, “Aww…I see it, humps her shoulders, and said, “I see the difference, but unfortunately, he is the doctor and I cannot go against him.”
I said, “I am not asking you to go against him, I understand that your job is on the line, but you need to make this right and document this, from the beginning to the ending.” Well, I left there and headed to the main office where they weigh you in and make your final payment. I started explaining to her what had just happened and she told me that the nurse or assistant had made notes and that someone will be with me in 72 hours, from 08/4/2021 and here it is 09/17/2021.
No one has contacted me at all. I just made a call back to the office and was told that it is now in the hands of another manager and it will take another 72 hours or longer to be contacted. So, we shall see if 10/01/2021 comes in before I am contacted. I have been nothing but nice to this doctor and office, which ends in being treated like [RS bleep].
If I do not get any answers on how we can resolve this issue together, then they will force me to take matters into my own hands. I do not want my business out in public but when it comes to mishandling me and thinking that I don’t have any options, you will find yourself in a lot of trouble.
