Wonderful Surgeon--so Happy with the Results

I am about one week post-op from my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish, and I am beyond thrilled with the results thus far. I initially had a sinus-related surgery about six years ago and was left with a crooked nose, collapsed values, and breathing issues. I finally decided that it is time to get a revision as my columella had begun to droop more and more over time, and I was not happy with the way my nose looked. I went to a few consults with other plastic surgeons in the area, and everyone told me that they could do this complex revision. What stood out about Dr. Reish to me was not only did he reassure me that he could do this type of surgery, but he had a ton of before and after photos of similar cases. The other surgeons were unable to show me noses that underwent complex revisions. Seeing lots of before and after photos with excellent results similar to what I envisioned for myself is ultimately why I chose to go with Dr. Reish, in addition to his bedside manners and skills. My goal with rhinoplasty was a natural-looking result and a non-drooping tip so I can finally smile with my mouth open. I initially met Dr. Reish via e-visit for a consult, and he immediately was able to create a plan to fix my nose. I left the consult feeling excited and confident that Dr. Riesh can help me get the nose I wanted. I quickly scheduled the procedure with his office staff, who were all very courteous and helpful throughout the process. I met with Dr. Reish again a few weeks before the procedure to confirm the plan and go over any questions, and this visit was very exciting and reassuring. On the day of the procedure, I was greeted by kind staff, and the nurses helped guide me through the process. This was an exciting surgery, and I never once felt nervous. I really like how open Dr. Reish is about expectations and that he has been available to offer support and answer questions all throughout the process. I had my cast taken off, and stitches removed the other day, and so far, I am happy with what I can see. My nose is still a bit swollen, but I can already tell that I love the shape so far and am beyond excited to see what it looks like once the bruising and swelling go down. Overall, I am glad that I chose Dr. Reish to perform this surgery as he is a wonderful surgeon and a very kind person. Thus far, I am thrilled with the results and am so excited to take my after photos at my next follow-up visit. Thank you Dr. Reish and staff!!
