Revision rhinoplasty & turbinate reduction
WORTH IT$8,600
10/10 would recommend!!! I previously had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty in 2011, after a few years I noticed I had a bump and difficulty still breathing. I went back to my surgeon and told him my concerns and his reply was "you probably bumped it." That remark was very off-putting for me and I decided to not to do anything. For many years I was still having issues with breathing and the bump got worse in a sense it was more noticeable. During covid, I downloaded realself and I started looking up surgeons in the tristate area. My main focus was to find a specialized surgeon preferably ENT, close in distance, reasonable pricing, and great reviews. I found Dr.Undavia and followed his work for about a year until I decided to book a consultation. When I went there, the staff was super pleasant, especially the doctor himself. I voiced my concerns to him and he said my septum was fixed, however the reason why I have trouble breathing is because my turbinates were inflamed and my mucus was not draining properly. He recommended for me to try Azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray for a month to see if it helps and if not he would perform a turbinate reduction. Unfortunately, the nasal spray did not help, however after surgery during allergy season, this was a game changer and really helped. He also asked me what I wanted my nose to look like and then he gave his recommendation. He took some pictures and was able to create an image of my front profile and side profile of what my nose would look like after surgery. He had to do a revision rhinoplasty because the previous doctor did a half ass job and there was a lot of scar tissue. I booked the surgery for October 2022 and it has been a year since my surgery. The recovery was super easy, I had ZERO pain and barely any bruised like super minimal. The nurses were amazing at the hospital. I have been seeing Dr.Undavia every 3 months for the past year so he can make sure my healing process in on track and he listens to all my concerns if I have any. It was really important to me to find a physician who actually cares about their patients and I could have not picked a better surgeon. If you're a skeptical person, trust me I was that person and I did not make this decision lightly, however I could not have been happier with my results and this doctor. If you need a sign to get your nose done, this is it!
