Even with the post op swelling, the results are unbelievable

Dr. Saman is not only a highly skilled surgeon he’s an artist, but I’ll come back to that. I want to start this review off where I started my inquiry. From the very first message his office staff has been so communicative and helpful. They have swiftly responded to all my questions from start to finish. A business is only as good as their staff and his is top tier. The scheduling of our initial consultation, the surgery, and the post op appointment were all very smooth. All appointments were on time if not slightly before. Both the doctor and his team are a well oiled machine and they’re very considerate of their patient’s time. My surgery in particular was a revision rhinoplasty, something Dr. Saman is well versed in. Not only from a skill standpoint, but a personal one as well. His own wife has also gone through the revision process and he fully understands the mental toll they take on his patients. I traveled to Dallas for my surgery, and would also like to give praise to the surgery center staff. They were quick, skilled, and ready to go. Surgery morning I met with Dr. Saman and we went over what we wanted to address, I never doubted him for a second. He knows exactly what needs to be done and explains every step of it with unwavering confidence. After meeting with Dr. Saman, I met with Anesthesiologist Dr. Song. There aren’t even enough good words in the dictionary to describe her. She listened to all of my concerns and my anesthesia experience with her was hands down the best I have ever had. I went to sleep and woke up like nothing ever happened. Zero nausea and zero pain. Speaking of pain, you may not believe this, but literally ZERO PAIN from this surgery. The only discomfort I ever experienced was a sore throat from suctioning during the surgery. I bought an over the counter throat numbing spray which I 10/10 recommend for after surgery. I used that for the first three days and that’s it. I never took a single pain pill, not even Tylenol post surgery. So if you’re uncertain about rhinoplasty because of pain, you don’t have to worry. Not only did I have no pain, but the only bruise I got was on my arm where the IV was placed. Results. Like I said earlier, Dr. Saman is an artist. My revision was not an easy one. Deviated septum, scar tissue, uneven bridge, thick skin, bulbous tip. Let’s face it, my nose checked off allllll of the problematic boxes. He addressed every concern with the precision and skill of a sculptor. He took a nose that I honestly hated looking at, and made it cute AND functional. Even with the post op swelling, the results are unbelievable. I’m writing this 9 days post op. I had my cast removed today and am at the airport ready to fly back home. If you’re on the fence about this investment, please keep in mind this is the center of your face. There is no one I would trust more with a revision rhinoplasty. I consulted with multiple top facial plastic surgeons and ultimately chose Dr. Saman and I absolutely made the right decision.
