I had a wonderful experience for my primary rhinoplasty. I did a lot of research prior and wanted a board certified plastic surgeon and ENT surgeon so that I would get a beautiful nose as well as a functional nose. Dr. Saman gave me that! I can breath and I love how my nose looks in all my side profiles which I used to hate. I could not have had a better experience. He was so very professional and so were his staff. I felt that the whole experience was top notch and would recommend him without reservation.

At eighteen, my life began... Out went the oversized tortoise glasses, the dangly long hair, and silly filters—replaced by a newfound confidence for myself. It may sound cliché, but for me, it was the beginning of a new chapter. My decision to undergo a rhinoplasty by Dr. Saman went beyond the surface. It wasn't just about changing my physical appearance; it was about aligning my outer self with the confidence and beauty I felt inside. I did not walk for my high school graduation as a result of my insecurities, but I will be walking as the first college graduate in my family this upcoming month. It wasn't about changing who I am; it was about enhancing the love I already felt within. Now, as I look in the mirror, that love reflects back at me, and it's such a beautiful thing! I get compliments everywhere I go, and I can't help but say it's Dr. Saman's art on my face... and the fact my nose now makes me smile and laugh without any restraint whatsoever (as it doesn't droop anymore)! Not only that, I can breathe properly and am no longer the source of my family's complaints of loud snoring. I feel alive. From my initial consultation to the post-operative care, my entire experience with Dr. Saman and his beautiful team have been filled with compassion, warmth, and attentiveness to mine and my parents every concern. He's truly the best facial plastic surgeon there is and an even better human being who exudes pure kindness.

I flew from Alabama & I was super nervous for my first surgery! Dr. Saman & his staff made my experience so comfortable & fun, they even played country music in the OR for me! I love my new nose & never knew I had a breathing problem, but after day 2 of my surgery I starting breathing better than before! I had very little pain (pretty sure I didn’t even take pain medicine), little bruising, & lots of swelling that went down after 3 weeks. Some people don’t see a difference, but when I show them the before & after pictures they are amazed! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Saman & his staff! He made my nose still look like me, but enough change to make me extremely happy with my results. I am not quite at the one year mark, but I am still seeing gradual change in the best way possible! I will continue to send people I know to Dr. Saman, he is worth the distance!

He’s amazing I felt very comfortable. The staff is amazing as well. This is definitely the best place to get a nose job or anything else He works with. When I say that Dr. Saman is the best doctor in the industry, it’s no joke! He not only cares so much about his patients and makes them feel comfortable, but he is also so understanding and is amazing at what he does. I love his philosophy when it comes to his practice because he’s so honest about realistic results and setting expectations. I’ve seen doctor Saman a few times over the past few years and every time I go back, I’m even more excited to see him and his team. Writing this review I’m only 1 week post op but doing great so far. I have had almost no pain at all. The only “pain” I’ve had is the feeling you get when you have a bad head cold with lots of congestion. Not really painful, just uncomfortable pressure along with not being able to breathe out of my nose for a couple of days! Not bad at all considering I got a new nose out of the deal! Lol! I’m absolutely ecstatic over my results so far. I know there are still more changes to come as it heals more but the improvement is already very apparent. I’m so glad I found Dr. Saman! I thought I would be terribly nervous when the day finally came but Dr. Saman and everyone working with him made me feel so comfortable I just knew I was in good hands and could relax. It also probably helped that I had been fully prepped by Alice in the weeks prior to my surgery day! She was so great getting me scheduled in and then thoroughly talking me through the pre and post op to dos and not to dos. Everyone that had a hand in this was truly great and I am so thankful!

My rhinoplasty procedure was so incredibly executed, moments after coming to post-op and seeing my bandaged profile in the mirror, I already loved my result. My nose has only improved with time and my only regret was not doing this procedure sooner. I have recommended many people to Dr. Saman as I get so many compliments, but only after I tell them I got it done—they don’t believe me!
