An update for the last year

WORTH IT
I completely forgot to update this review, I'm now almost 1.5 years post op. I'm still really happy with my outcome. Hopefully I'll be swelling free by the 2 year mark. It's mad to me that this is my nose now, I never thought I would end up with the nose of my dreams. I've never been a confident person, always that shy, awkward wallflower.. but for the first time in my life I don't feel overshadowed by my nose.

Here are some photos from the last year.

Response from Dr. Saeed:
Dear Angelanosebest, Thank you so much for sharing your experience and your very kind words. I am delighted that you are happy with your early result and I know you have worked hard post-op - well done! It is good of you to post your progress in such well-organised image sets, I am sure that other patients will find this really helpful. All the best, Waseem Saeed

Table Pics vs 21 Weeks Post op

Here are some table pics compared to 21 weeks post op. As the swelling has subsided, my nose has started to look more and more like these table pics. As time goes on, my result should be very similar to these, which I'll be really happy about :)

Birth Nose through to 3rd Rhino

I've made a collage showing the 4 noses I have now 'had'!

You can see my birth nose had a slight dorsal hump and projected quite far, it was also very masculine. My nostrils were also on the bigger side.

My primary and 1st revision were both carried out by another surgeon called Arup Ray.

My primary rhinoplasty did remove most of the hump, but I was still left with large nostrils and roundness to the tip.

My 1st revision seemed to make matters worse, and my nose was now truncated at the tip and there was still the issue of large nostrils.

In my 2nd revision, I have now been given a beautiful profile with a lovely supratip break. Mr. Saeed has built my tip back out, giving a nice defined point. I now have the nose I always dreamed of!
