Surgeon left me with crooked beak

In January 2020 I had revision rhinoplasty to correct a previously botched rhinoplasty, and Dr. Malholtra left me with a big, crooked beak. I'm not exaggerating, I will post pictures this weekend as I'm working as much overtime as possible to pay another surgeon to rid me of this crooked beak. Dr. Malholtra offered to correct the crookedness of my nose, but can't fit me in for another 7 months, and even then, he didn't give me a plan to correct my botched nose. They honestly don't care that I live with a crooked beak every single day due to the carelessness of Dr. Malholtra. I paid 10,000 for a revision, and he only straightened out the tip. The upper nasal bones are still crooked and sit higher than the rest of my nose, this should have been corrected, but he does not care about overall aesthetic, he does the bare minimum. Want proof? Go to their Instagram page and study the rhinoplasty pictures. Almost everyone gets the same nose...a pointy triangle. There are patients who had a dorsal hump, and Dr only removed the hump and left them a big, pointy triangle. There's no effort to make the nose smaller or give even the slightest of a youthful, feminine slope. It's sad, because so many of his patients could have been made beautiful instead of mediocre, or plain. I would suggest either canceling our surgery with Dr. Malholtra, or becoming a rhinoplasty expert so you can troubleshoot your own nose and make sure he addresses all of your concerns. If you've already paid to hold a surgery date - trust me- it will be worth backing out and losing that money because you WILL pay with not only $$, but your time, stress, embarrassment, regret at not knowing you need to tell him exactly how to fix your nose. I said I would wait until the weekend o add pics, but I'll add one now for giggles...just don't wait to check back for more examples of Dr. Malholtra's work.

Just want to share as many photos as possible so patients understand they’re not dealing with an expert revision rhinoplasty surgeon. That is a lie.
