Complicated Revision Rhinoplasty Success

I had my first rhinoplasty over 10 years ago with a board certified plastic surgeon and ENT who has top notch credentials. The procedure was supposed to be simple-closed rhinoplasty with a small hump removed. Over the years it became evident that my rhinoplasty was not holding up-asymmetries started appearing, breathing issues, etc. It took a very long time to get the courage to try this surgery again. I consulted with several surgeons in the DMV area. I chose Dr. Somenek after reviewing his background and was convinced to move forward after a patient took the time to speak with me about her successful experience with a rhinoplasty revision done by him. I am over the moon with my results and wish I had done this years ago. My nose looks natural, and I can breathe normally. Dr. Somenek listened to my concerns, and handled me with care as a I was terrified being that it was a complicated revision. Most importantly he delivered on the results. Going through this again was scary, but it was so worth it.
