Life Changing Revision!!!
Where to start!
I had my primary 7 months ago, and did the mistake that I didn't research enough and got into the hands of a very bad surgeon from Serbia. I never had a bad nose, I just wanted it a bit smaller. But he botched everything about it! He cut off my bridge, it was soo low and thin, left my tip high and bulbous, gave me functional breathing problems and made 4 different deformities to my nose including polly beak, pinch nose, v shape deformity etc.. The first days after the operation I looked soooo bad! My whole face was blue, red, and swollen! I couldn't open my eyes from the swelling. After taking off the cast the nose looked deformed and ugly from the start. I hated it! I cried every day, lost myself, couldn't work, couldn't sleep, couldn't live. I only saw an ugly person in the mirror that wasn't me! I was suicidal, went on hard psychotic meds, that didn't help. I reached out to surgeons and asked for help. They would all say, yes u need a revision but u need to wait at least 1 year!!! I have thick skin btw. When I found Dr Yazars page on instagram I was impressed with his work, he handles the most complicated revision noses. He seemed experienced and professional. I reached out to him and unlike all the other surgeons he made a voice mail for me, edited my nose what he would do, explained and then we even had a video consultation. After he said I can come 7 months post primary I started crying from happiness! I got invited to a WhatsApp Group by a girl that had revision with him and was happy, there I had the opportunity to exchange with other guys who had similar problems with their nose and considered Yazar for revision or even had surgery with him recently. The pictures they sent and the comments about him were all perfect! Everyone was happy and loved the result. Then it was my day! I came to Turkey for the in person consultation and the surgery next day. Dr Yazar didn't want me to pay deposit in advance. When I entered his office I was immediately at ease with him. He was very polite, kind, and he really took 2,5 hours for the consult. He made 100 before pictures, examinated my nose, we made a morph together how the nose will look like. He explained me the techniques and everything. I felt so good and ready for the surgery next day. Next morning the surgery took 5 hours and everything went smoothly, we had a little chat before it started and he encouraged me again. When I woke up I just had little pain with my legs from the tight thrombosis socks. He had to take out my rib for reconstruction. I didn't feel any pain. After some hours I had little problem with my eye and he came at 10 pm to the hospital to check up on me, changed my plasters, check my rib wound and brought me meds for after care. Funny thing I had no bruising or swelling after surgery. Next day I went to the hotel and had to wear the cast for 7 days. I had a bit problems and pain first 2 days with getting up from bed from the rib wound but this passed quickly. I was very fit the third day and went to explore Istanbul. Today I had my cast off and the result is just wow! I could realize it how good it was. A straight, natural and beautiful nose that fits for my face. Dr Yazar was happy aswell and explained me what to do the next days, weeks. I am so incredibly thankful I went to such a great doctor and person. I literally started to breathe again and to look forward to the future. I know it's still swollen and he said it will be even better but I am already satisfied! What I wanted to say, I know how hard it is going through the time after a bad rhinoplasty but there is hope. I can only recommend him with my fullest heart, he is not only extremely skilled and knowledgable but such a great human. Thank you for everything Dr. Memet!
Btw. He always said to me when I took out the rib I made ur breast implant scar less visible and more smooth ( he used the same scar), I thought he is kidding me, but literally he was right, the scar is almost invisible now:)
