Almost no bruising & could immediately my nose was smaller

There were only positives in my experience with doc, B.J, Carol, and Betty!

I went in for revision rhinoplasty. I had my first rhinoplasty in Colombia (think big Italian nose :)), and although my profile was much improved, I was not completely happy with how it looked from the front. Dr H had the utmost integrity by not talking bad about the surgeon or results and instead opining on what could be improved and what potential difficulties could be. I felt completely comfortable with him and team from the beginning; they are down to earth, helpful, and genuinely care about the patient and their results! The quote was completely reasonable (I actually thought it would be more). I met nurse Betty, who would later be in OR with doc, at an appointment a couple of weeks before surgery, and her kind eyes immediately put me at ease! Again, I felt actually cared for. I enjoyed my presurgery chats with the docs and nurses at the surgery center as well! I had almost NO BRUISING, and I could immediately (few hours post surgery when the anesthesia fog wore off) tell my nose was smaller. I had doc's number for any questions/concerns post surgery. They also send flowers to their recovering patients, which is just so thoughtful! One week later I got my cast off, and the results were better than I was imagining! It was like magic; I still looked like myself but with the things I was unhappy about fixed! I look forward to everyday seeing the swelling go down and showing off my new body part!
