This may be a long review as I have nothing but good to say about ClinicPlast, Dr Mehmet Surmeli and his team.
I went for a secondary rhinoplasty, I literally spoke to minimum 10 other clinics untill I came across ClinicPlast. My first conversation was with Dr Mehmet himself, which none of the other clinics did. He asked for pictures of my nose, then asked me what I wanted to change about it and then gave his opinion. I googled Dr Surmeli and saw the brilliant views he had, so I spoke to his colleague, Irma. Irma again another brilliant person, always answered all my questions honestly and quickly. From the reviews and they’re brilliant service so far, I decided to go with them and booked my tickets for me and my father, who had hair transplants with them.
From the time I reached the airport we were collected by The manager, Ali. He was very helpful and answered all questions we had. He checked us in to the hotel and told us of what time I’d have to be awake for the following day, which was surgery day. We were again collected in the morning, promptly by Irma, who literally walked us into the hospital, sorted my room out and stayed with me until the nurses came. Nurses came and did my bloods, all very friendly. Dr Surmeli then came and spoke to me about the surgery, again asking me what I wanted and also telling me what he’d do, in detail. I was prepped and taken down to surgery and awoke after. The after care, again was brilliant. I was discharged the next day, before I left a nurse from ClinicPlast came and told me of what medication I’d needed to take and when. I was taken back to the hotel whilst my father went for his procedure. Every day Irma and Dr Surmeli messaged me and asked how me and my father were doing and if we had any concerns. Irma kindly kept me up to date with all appointments. Final day I was taken to the hospital again to have my cast taken off and again Irma came promptly and accompanied us to Dr Surmeli. My cast was removed and Dr Surmeli told me of what to do and what not to do, answered any of our questions or queries and then we were driven back to the airport.
The team were absolutely lovely, I’m over the moon with my new nose!!! They we’re so polite and helpful. They have a very patient centred approach which not many clinics here in the uk and abroad have. I do not have one bad thing to say. If anyone is considering surgery abroad then Clinicplast and Dr Surmeli are highly recommended by myself.

I always feel stressful about secondary nose operations because one could not know what he/she is going to face after surgically understanding what has happened. Your surgery was very smooth even though inside of your nose was difficult to fix. But we've got the best possible results. I am very happy with the early results.
