I finally got married and all this journey started because i wanted to marry the love of my life but didn't want to have photos with my nose birth nose. Little did i know it would take me 3 years to get to that point where i would feel comfortable and happy again after 3 rhinoplasty procedures. LUCIAN THANKYOU, YOUR MY SAVIOUR!

Post op 5 Weeks
5 weeks post op and see lucian tomorrow for check up. Feeling more confident with photos and its a great feeling getting compliments and head turns when in public. Starting to feel like its ok to be happy again. My nose isn't perfect byt ny god its so much better.

You look beautiful hon! It’s nice and balanced to your face. Perfect nose to lip ratio. You were a perfect patient for Ion because you have a small philtrum. It’s the people with the long philtrums that should be careful having surgery with him. I wish you continued success with your healing and to enjoy life. Happy for you! Xx
Sometimes I ask myself: "Will I ever be able to go to a party again?". And here you are, turning heads (not that you didn't before) and feeling yourself. You look beautiful and I'm very happy for you. We know what you went through and you deserve happiness.

It’s easy for me to compliment actually. You don’t know how happy I get when I see a success story from Ion. I’m actually considering him so it gives me much relief. The other review stresses me out but I do understand the other womans unhappiness. It’s all very worrisome but I like the peace over here on this one. You look stunning hon. Hi everyone. Decided to work a fews hours today and did a few of my client's. I felt great for it. (Still taking it easy)
The nose swelling is slowly coming down nicely
My neck in the other hand is super painful. And my glands are rock hard and sore still. Struggling to eat , so trying to stick to the plan of soft foods (maybe i shouldnt have done this, this soon) now wearing my compression bandage as many hours as the day will let me. Ive seen lucian about this on my day 7 check up he felt everything and explained how many glands etc are in the neck and it takes time. I just feel so squared but the glands are solid and pushing the swelling out so no wonder. Please let this go down in the nect couple of weeks. The nose is a walk in the park compared to the neck lift.

The nose looks really pretty. Suits you well and is balanced to your face. I’m so relieved he didn’t get carried away with his shortening on you. Gives me some hope he’s learning not to do that to people.
Nosey187...Lucian did mine over 2 year ago and he never over shortened mine either.Sometimes we forget that surgeons can only work with what you already have they are not miracle workers.But if you go with the attitude you are just wanting improvement then you will be fine.Mine was a hard botch to sort and he has done a great job he changed my life
You might have a small philtrum space like this lovely lady who posted the review so his rhinoplasty did not affect you. So you may have lucked out but I notice that he does not take into consideration people’s philtrums spaces. If you have a large one he leaves you with a large space between the nose and lip.
So people need to be careful. I know when I consulted with him, I told him myself and he’s stayed quiet about it. He had no commentary on the situation. A lot of his patients have complained about this and need “tweaks” when it comes to lengthening their noses now. This also leads to a lot of the nostril problems his patients seem to Be having whether they’re crooked , too visible on front view , and non visible on profile.

nosey187; it is clear that your only thought is to discredit Dr. Ion, but unfortunately for you this doctor has excellent results.

Your profile is spectacular. Also, something that I notices is that when you were fresh out of surgery after your primary rhino you were bruised. You have no bruising in any of your photos just days out. It's amazing.
Yes thats one thing im not battered and bruise. Hes a very gentle careful surgeon.
