He’s Good!
WORTH IT
I had revision rhinoplasty with Mr Paun a week ago, and I can honestly say I do not regret my decision for a second.
Before choosing a surgeon, I consulted with several highly regarded rhinoplasty specialists. What stood out about Mr Paun was that he immediately saw the same issues that I saw with my nose. Other surgeons either dismissed my concerns or suggested additional changes that I didn’t feel were necessary. Mr Paun listened carefully and focused on addressing the problems that actually mattered to me.
Like many patients considering revision surgery, I spent countless hours reading reviews and worrying about the occasional negative one. What I eventually realised is that no surgeon has a 100% perfect record. Expectations vary, healing varies, and every patient’s anatomy responds differently. It’s unrealistic to expect any surgeon to have only 5-star reviews. Instead, it’s important to look at the overwhelming number of positive outcomes compared to the very small number of negative reviews.
My original rhinoplasty was performed over two years ago by another well-known Harley Street surgeon. Unfortunately, I was left with uneven nostrils, significant asymmetry from the front, breathing difficulties and a bifid tip. These issues affected both the appearance and function of my nose.
Just one week after surgery, Mr Paun has already corrected all of these concerns. My nose looks far more symmetrical, the tip is refined, and most importantly, I can finally breathe properly again. The difference in my breathing is remarkable.
I know I am still very early in the healing process, but based on my experience so far, I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Paun to anyone considering revision rhinoplasty. He understood exactly what I wanted to achieve and delivered results that have already exceeded my expectations.
I’ll update this review as in due course as the swelling reduces and the final shape appears.
