I adore my new nose - not much more I can say!
Looking forward to finishing the acute stages of my recovery so I can start exercising and living an active lifestle again.
The ribs area is pain-free too. I actually never had any pain in the ribs from day 1. It was nothing more than minor discomfort on occasions. Since I had to travel alone I thought it may get in the way of self-care but it was all good.
Also FYI I have thin skin.

Thank you :)
Hello Hartmann,
Your nose is beautiful; very happy for you.
Enjoy your new nose and new-found happiness.
Best,
Lola.
Thank you all the best for you xx
Thanks! xxx
Your new nose looks amazing and so natural I'm so happy for you!! I'm considering Dr Robotti for my Revision I think my nose currently is similar to yours (after your first Rhino) so it gives me hope he can give me something similar! As well as all the corrections did he make your nose smaller length wise? (that's what i'm hoping he does for me too) xxx
Thank you. Actually i didn't post old profile view pictures but I lost a lot of length especially after second revision so I had a septal extension graft for some length. Well anyways I'm sure if you touch base with Dr Robotti via email you can get some idea on what to expect in your case.
Ahh okay thanks for the info! x
Amazing! May I ask how much you paid?
I adore your results! I follow your updates as a source of inspiration and truth. I always worried about Robotti giving a wide dorsum, but this truly shows he produces all different results. Thank you. Are you able to post before and after profile pics? Thanks

1 month progress
This is my progress at 1-month post-op. I've been asked about my breathing now. Its perfectly fine and can nose breathe without difficulty. I'm glad that my alar rims look more even and my nose looks natural now.

WOw congratulations!! Your new Nose looks fantastic :-)
Hi Hartmann12, Thank you for your sharing your review, It looks like Doctor Robotti did as amazing job! May I ask do you have thin nasal skin before Doctor Robotti did you let revision?
Kind Regards Darren
Yes I consider my skin to be thin. It's generally not great skin! Sensitive, thin, rosacea...Few drs said I have no hope in revision with grafts due to my thin skin. Only dr Robotti was confident we can achieve good outcomes with my case and skin quality.
That's very encouraging to hear, as I've been afraid to have a 2nd revision because my skin is thin. Did Dr Robotti rebuild your tip with his laminated rib grafts? Then place fascia over you tip to make your nose look nice and smooth? Thanks for taking the time to answer much appreciated.
Honestly not sure exactly what technique was used.
