Third rhinoplasty following two failed surgeries.

Following two very disappointing surgeries previously, I hated my nose. I originally had a bump on my nose but a small tip, and was told by my first surgeon that it would be simple to correct by straightening the bridge. However, I quickly noticed post surgery that the bridge looked wide and bumpy. The surgeon was very dismissive but eventually agreed to do a revision. After the surgery, he told me he had operated for a total of three minutes. Once again, it quickly became evident that things weren’t right and I was very unhappy.
I was therefore very nervous about having a third rhinoplasty. However, after the consultation with Mr Saeed I felt totally reassured that things would be different this time. He listened carefully to what I disliked about my nose, then drew up a surgery plan. All the while, he was very honest about what could be achieved and encouraged me to take my time to think about my decision.
On the day of the surgery, I was very anxious and he reassured me and took time to talk through the surgery plan once again at length. The operation took three hours. I saw him three times before I left the hospital, and he also showed me pictures of my nose before he had put the cast on.
I came back to the hospital one week later where Mr Saeed took my cast off himself. I am absolutely delighted. He has done an amazing job and it looks so natural. He really listened to my concerns throughout the entire process and his aftercare is second to none. Thank you so much Mr Saeed, I am so grateful!
