Rhinoplasty Conundrum

I went for specific changes and he took it upon himself to do a bunch of other things without communicating with me about any of it which broadened my nose. I am less pretty as a result of his subjective decision making. I now have to go to a specialist in another part of the country to get back the things surgery with dr leigh took away. The main things I think to convey a warning to someone else would be that his communication is very poor. He won't tell you everything you need to know. Also my belief is that his sense of beauty and aesthetics perhaps from a artistic standpoint are not there. I don't think a person should be coming out of plastic surgery on their nose with a bigger nose, or changes that take away from other features on the face. That's what I have. I wish I could get some of my money back bc I have to go elsewhere to put back the things he took away. I would not feel comfortable having him work on me again bc I don't think he's got the technical skills or the eye to get a pretty result based on this experience. I don't mean this as a personal attack, I think he is a skilled provider. Just not for this. Maybe men have better luck due to less delicate features? I feel a duty to write this because I think women need to be warned. I'm not posting photos but if anyone wants to look at some before and afters so they can see the changes and use that to make their own decision I will be happy to provide them privately. I just hope I can get back what I lost and see the image in the mirror and photos I had that made me feel pretty and confident. It's going to be huge burden but I need those things back. I would have been better off not having this surgery with Dr Leigh.

I had a revision and all we talked about was changing the profile. Dr changed to entire nose and took away all that I liked from the first surgery. I want it revised back down. Can it be done? I’m going to tell him I’m dissatisfied and want it put back closer to the way it was as soon as possible. But I will go somewhere else if anyone out there thinks they can tackle it eventually. I know there’s still swelling and I’m stuck hating on this mess for god I hope not a year.

I'm writing a letter to the provider and trying to explain these things in a way that will be constructive. The thing is, I feel he erased what I gained from the first surgery which I paid $7,500. I feel that I should be able to have the slimmer nose back and not have to pay another $8 grand.
