Revisional Rhinoplasty Review

I went into see Dr. Miller after doing at-length due diligence/research on the similarly credentialed plastic surgeons in Manhattan.

He listened to what I wanted and created a simulated photo that accurately illustrated the outcome I had in mind. They were able to schedule me for surgery in the timeline I was looking for. The staff was very responsive on email and phone.

The day of the surgery I had no anxiety because I knew he was a highly skilled surgeon, I felt the expectation of what I was looking for was both clearly communicated and understood, and the anesthesiologist was great (the anesthesiologist even caught a minor heart condition I have, which other doctors had not noticed). Dr. Miller is very confident, he anticipates the questions patients will have and answers them in a way that is clear and understandable.

I was able to get back to normal life a week and half later using concealer. Recovery was a breeze.

The outcome of the surgery is exactly what I wanted. My nose is more dainty and looks natural. No one has suspected I had a rhinoplasty but I have received several compliments that I look great from people that knew me beforehand but they couldn’t quite pin their finger on what I had had done.

I would highly recommend Dr. Miller. He’s really the best if you want a natural rhinoplasty. He also did great Botox for me. I now feel much more comfortable with how I look without using filters or photoshop for photos and just in general. Overall - great experience.
