Please Read This Review!

If you are reading Real Self on a daily basis, looking for a provider that has great reviews and great proven results, you are going to be blown away when you stumble across Dr Reish and see that he has over 620 and counting 5 star reviews. You will question whether this is real or not, because if you are like me, You looked at every Beverly Hills Doctor in the plastic surgery capital and could not find a doctor with anywhere near this many positive reviews . But then, if you are like me, you will look at Dr Reish’s Instagram and see the proof of all of these before and after photos to back up what the reviews are saying. Then you will be blown away to find out that the pictures on Instagram are not before and after by computer generated pics of what the nose could look like. Because the Doctor doesn’t do those before and after pics, at least he didn’t with me and you will see that the people on the pics have different cloths on, different hair styles. So now it hits you, is it possible that I am one of the few fortunate people that have stumbled across an amazing plastic surgeon. Could this be true? Yes, it is!!! My story. I had a long nose that protrudeD out way to far. I did my research and went to a doctor in California for a bump removal and a retracted nose. I had no functional problems at all. I breathed fine!!!. After the first surgery, the nose was still long but just turned up. As if all he did was pushed it up. It looked weird. But he also created a square bone on the bridge of my nose where it use to curve. So imagine a flat, square upper bridge. I looked crazy. I stupidly went back to this doctor to fix the problems. To fix the bridge and to actually retract the nose like he was suppose to do in the first place. I came out of surgery with the same Long nose, but also with a perforated septum and a valve collapse . Yes, you read it right. Came out of the second surgery not being able to breath properly. I suffered for 2 years. The Doctor never told me how to care for the hole so it would not get bigger, and said there was nothing wrong with the septum. He never apologized for the problems he caused, never called me or followed up with me. Nothing. The doctor didn’t call me before or after any of the surgeries and neither did anyone on his staff. Not even for an appointment reminder. I did a virtual consult with Dr Reish and he could tell from Skype/FaceTime that my nose collapsed. Really. The old doctor could not tell that. I confirmed with ENT locally that there was a collapse. Dr. Reish told me that he could fix the valve, but he was not touching the hole. It is big and these surgery’s are not always successful. I did a lot of research that supported his claim. So it was a very hard decision for me to fly to NY from California, knowing that 2 out of 3 of my problems would be addressed. But I decided that it is better then what I was dealing with. Dr Reish lived up to his part of the bargain. After surgery, I could breath again . The congestion from the Hole is still there, but the feeling like there is something laying in my nose, stopping me from breathing is not. I have slept through the night since the second day post op for the first time in years. And that is with the swelling. And , the bonus to all of this is that my nose is actually shorter. And pretty. The last doctor claimed that a nose of my length could not be shorted significantly. He only said that after he failed to do it two times. Well, that is a lie. What he should have said was, “here is Dr Richard Reish phone number, you better give HIM A CALL”. The surgery was great. The anesthesiologist, the nurses, the assistants , all professional and kind. I received phone calls and texts from the anastesogist, Dr Reish and the nurse for a few days after surgery. I didn’t bruise at all. I have no idea why. I bruised both times before. The pain was bearable with vallume and Tylenol. The whole experience was amazing. I came home and my son said, I don’t know mom. That nose almost looks fake . are you sure it is not going to fall off. It looks to perfect. And this is only 7 days post op. Thank you Dr. Reish and staff for every thing. Special shot out to LeOna.
