Year and a half update
Hello everyone! Sorry I kind of disappeared for a while, I was getting a ton of messages that started being less about asking how my experience with Dr Wayne was, so they could decide if he was the right surgeon for them or not, and more people saying they wanted a revision rhino but really they just wanted to ruminate about their horrible experience with the surgeon that botched their nose, and didn’t really have any intention to book a surgery with anyone. It started being a lot of emotional energy for me, like I was a therapist.
Anyway. My experience and outcome were exceptional, and I still LOVE my results. I recently had a lip lift and the surgeon that performed that even said “that tip ain’t going ANYWHERE your surgeon did an excellent job” structurally it’s SOLID.
Don’t worry, I know I was gone for a while which must have made a lot of people think something happened, but I still love my results and still would choose dr Wayne for this all over again. His demeanor is so kind and professional, he is so skilled and he did his very best to give me the cute, natural nose I was wishing for.
Also keep in mind I have very thick skin, swelling and details will look a lot different on thinner skin. Thick skin has residual swelling for a very long time after rhino. With my last rhino I didn’t see it shrink all the way down till over 2 years later. I’ll try to post more updates periodically. Thank you guys

Both your nose and lips look fantastic! Can I ask who your lip lift doc was?
Dr mascaro in Florida!!
So glad you are happy. I totally get the energy suck from some people who really aren't planning to go ahead with surgery. It gets wearing, even though we want to help those seeking a better result. Stay well!
Thank you, yes! It’s like you really want to help but sometimes it was too much.
did you also get a lip lift? You look amazing
I did! I went to dr mascaro

One month post op!
Hello friends, doing a big one month post op with lots of pics for you guys!
I can’t believe how fast a month has gone by
I’m feeling amazing and beautiful!
I’m still picking my nose with q-tips cause I’m too scared to blow my nose, I think my nostrils couldn’t handle the tissue wiping my nose anyway.
Dr Wayne did a lot of work on my tip and it still feels uncomfortable to touch, not painful really, just not NOT painful, if that makes sense? I still need to be careful and gentle when I wash my face or touch my nose, I’m still too scared to wear glasses.
I’m still sleeping upright, I haven’t done any taping at all, dr Wayne didn’t tell me to tape, he also didn’t tell me not tape but I haven’t taken it upon myself to do it on my own either.
Big facial expressions are still beyond me, it doesn’t feel comfortable to laugh or smile really big still but it’s getting better everyday!
I am so happy with everything so far, all of it looks so good to me but my 3/4 profile with the droopy gonzo tip blows my mind! omgggg LOOK AT IT.
I can’t get over how good it looks from every angle.
In case anyone missed it in my earlier posts, this is my third revision, you can see there is a spot on one of my nostrils that dips in. I also had one side I felt like was much more bulgy, it dropped down from one 3/4 profile but not the other for some reason??? Also a little bump I wished was more smooth and pretty
Dr Wayne wasn’t sure if he would need rib graft, since mine was a revision with no previous paperwork describing what was done, he had no way of knowing till he opened up my nose.
Because of this I initially paid for a revision rhinoplasty with ear graft which for my particular case was I about $12,200 but there was this tentative agreement the cost may be around $1000 extra in case rib graft was needed. I can’t remember the exact amount but I would budget around 14,000$ for the surgery, 15,000 to be safe.
Dr Wayne said all the cartilage on one side of my nostril was completely amputated, you can see it very clearly in the before photo from under my nose, I can also see it in my front profile before photo but there’s no way you can miss it from the underside.
Despite this I luckily ended up not needing any rib graft, he used ear graft and I believe septum to reconstruct my nose.
Thankyou all again for all the love and support!
