My Personal Experience — Not Satisfied

I underwent rhinoplasty with a costal cartilage graft after a nasal trauma. The surgery lasted about six hours.
In my case, the aesthetic result did not meet my expectations: the nose appears longer and slightly deviated, and overall less harmonious than I had hoped.
The postoperative course was challenging, and personally I do not feel I achieved the improvement I wanted.
I share my experience to help others considering a similar procedure: make sure your aesthetic vision is aligned with the surgeon’s. For someone like me, who previously had a very feminine and harmonious nose, it is difficult to accept a harsher appearance that does not reflect who I am.
