Permanently disfigured - still have deep ugly scars on the tip

Having my revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Lamperti is the greatest regret of my life. He botched my nose so badly that when I went back to work three weeks later I had to tell everyone I'd been in an accident. I went on to let him perform dermabrasion, many steroid shots, fillers, and two more surgeries on me to try to fix his botched job and ended up with a a mangled, warped, scarred, discolored, and dysfunctional nose. On top of the $20,000+ dollars I spent on surgeries and expenses to have him destroy my nose, I have now spent $30,000 on a revision surgery and many dermatology procedures in an attempt to make my nose look "normal" again. Although it is in a better place structurally after being rebuilt by another surgeon and I can now breathe normally, I still have deep ugly scars on the tip and side of my nose where Dr. Lamperti tore my skin. My self confidence has been completely destroyed since I let him operate on me. I was so embarrassed about how he made me look that I couldn't bear to tell my friends. I let all of them drift away. I am friendless, lonely, and isolated. To pay for all of these procedures I cashed in my 401K, refinanced my car, and drained my savings account. I am still many thousands of dollars in debt. No retirement savings for me. I had planned to have children but I gave up that dream because my finances and mental health were ruined by this experience. I spent thousands of dollars in therapy trying to learn to live with what had happened to me. It is still a daily struggle. How scarred and ugly he made me is the first thing I think about every morning and it never leaves my mind for a waking moment. I would do anything to go back in time and choose a different surgeon. He never once took responsibility for how my nose turned out. He gaslighted me with language like "it's within the range of normal", which it most certainly is not and never will be. Do not choose him as your surgeon if you don't want to play Russian Roulette with your face.
