Perfect Masculine Nose After Feminization
Perfect Masculine Nose After Feminization
Words cannot express what Prof. Dr. Yazar did to me and my life. I am sure if you are reading this, you do know how bad a nose can impact your life. Thus, now I feel I have my life back, and I can forget about my strong trauma.
I had a primary rhinoplasty in Germany to make some minor changes to my bulbous tip. It should not have been more than a 5% change. Unfortunately, the first surgeon left me with a very short, upturned, and thin nose. I could not breathe, I could not smell anymore. My nostrils were collapsing every time I breathed. I was breathing mainly through my mouth. Sports were an issue. I could not wear glasses. The nose was bleeding almost every day or twice a week.
I lost my job, lost my life. I was suffering from a very strong loss of identity and cannot explain how this happened to me for no reason. I think my nose could not have become smaller or thinner.
I did a big research, I went to many, many revision specialists all over the world. I flew to England, Italy, Germany, had consultations in the US and elsewhere in Turkey. I think I gained knowledge about rhinoplasty I never wanted. But let me say one thing: Dr. Yazar is one of the best surgeons in the entire world. He is not good, he is excellent.
I write this so detailed, because if you are a man like me, suffering from a short nose, feeling like someone made you look like a Barbie, and you feel like nobody ever can give you your face back: There is hope!
I needed two surgeries with Dr. Yazar. The first revision gave me already much back. My smelling, my breathing, it stopped the bleeding, and I could even continue with being in front of the camera since I was a male model before my primary surgery.
The first surgery was definitely a great success. It was just limited by the problems of the very aggressive primary surgeon. Dr. Yazar told me I may have a second revision some years later to complete the entire process. Also, he was very transparent: because we did so much, there may be some defects some years later. I think the main reason I waited so long for the second revision was that the defects were very small, and I didn’t even know it could be so much better. It’s like the disaster, the devil was gone, but I wasn’t 100% happy.
So I waited 6 years and did it again with Dr. Yazar. The second revision was much easier, the entire revision felt very easy. The goal was to lengthen the nose by some mm and downrotate it. It was an enhancement of the attributes of the first revision, which was limited as stated before.
Now I can say it was really for perfection. I didn't expect it to be, but I think he overreached my expectations by far.
Dr. Yazar is very skilled in surgeries, but he also knows how to treat trauma patients. He just is the opposite of an arrogant surgeon. You feel that he cares for you, he takes all the time necessary for you. Even if you ask the same question three times like me, he takes care, he listens, and he follows your needs.
I think the worst that can happen is if the surgeon does what he wants. I can promise you Dr. Yazar listens to you, he understands simulations, and he does amazingly detailed features.
I completely lost my nostrils, my dorsum was cut away. Today I look at a natural nose, where nobody would ever think I had a nose job.
I was completely lost. Really at the end of what is capable of my mind. I never thought I would make it back, but today, after a process of 6 years, I can say that Dr. Yazar changed my life.
Thank you, Dr. Yazar, from the bottom of my heart for all you did to me.
Kind regards,
Jürgen K.
