Doctor Ion is a plastic surgeon that actually listens to you when you describe your desired aesthetic results. He is highly skilled and has the ability to improve your facial harmony with a rhinoplasty. It's amazing how a properly projected nose with a refined tip can improve your overall aesthetics. Doctor Ion used rib to reconstruct my nasal tip and add slight elevation to the bridge. These subtle improvements were very powerful. I am also able to breathe incredibly well now.

You got so lucky but glad you had a good experience with him
Hi, are you able to share before and after photos please? Your changes sound very much like what I’m after, that and lengthening to the nose
I wanted length and I got the opposite
He shortened your nose? Did you also have rib grafts?
I did have rib grafts but he basically flattened my infratip

Yes but I can’t afford the cost of a revision just yet. Mr Ion had made endless excuses and told me my result is basically my fault
I’m hearing the same excuses from other surgeons too, it seems to be an industry where even if you don’t get anything like what you paid for, getting a refund is almost impossible. Have you considered contacting a lawyer for advise? Also who are you considering for your revision, I’m looking into Dr Townley (London) and Dr Faris (Amsterdam)
