So happy with my nose and feel natural and confident again

I had 2 previous rhinoplasties which left my nose upturned, small and fake looking. I wanted my small slightly piggy nose to look more natural but being that it is a complicated procedure it wasn’t easy to find someone skilled enough and willing to help me. Through my many hours of searching online I stumbled across Dr. Farris and his work on Realself. I was very worried about getting surgery again but I didn’t feel comfortable with how I looked. From the first consultation until surgery he made me feel at ease and assured me he could help and return my nose to a more natural look. It was a very big decision for me to make, as I was very worried about potential risks and again ending up with a nose I didn’t like but everything went very smoothly and the results have surpassed my expectations! I am so happy with my nose and feel natural and confident again. I cannot recommend Dr Farris enough. He has not only corrected the problems, he even managed to give me the nose I always wanted!
