My nose is finally functional again and it looks great

After having a lousy rhinoplasty performed over 10 years ago, I finally decided to do something to fix my nose so I could finally breathe out of it again! I went to another, highly recommended surgeon Dr. Hecht and he told me my nose was a "9 out of 10" in difficulty to fix and told me I probably would not be happy with the results. He also told me he would need to remove cartilage from my rib to use in the procedure. Given his top notch reviews, I was very discourage after that visit. After some more searching, I found Dr. Tamplen, who is also double board certified. He told me my nose was more like a "2 or 3" in difficulty to fix and he could use donor cartilage instead of taking rib cartilage. As an added bonus, I was able to add on a lower facelift for slightly more than the cost quoted to me by Dr. Hecht for a rhinoplasty only. I went ahead and had both procedures performed at the same time and couldn't be happier with my results at just shy of 2 months post op! My nose is finally functional again and it looks great! The lower facelift has taken years off my appearance. I highly recommend Dr. Tamplen!
