Lousy Doctor Who is Only After Money

I came to Korea for a complicated rhinoplasty surgery. He demanded me to pay him $14000 via international electronic transfer into his bank account first and then pay the rest $11000 later. After my arrival in Seoul, he only reserved 20 minutes for us to meet in his office the day before my surgery with him. During the appointment, his nurse and receptionists were constantly coming in and out of our room to report problems to him. It was impossible for me to have an uninterrupted discussion with him. His office seemed totally disorganized and was flooded with patients. Meanwhile, I realized that he really had no capability to deliver the results I was looking for. I wanted to cancel the surgery. He got pissed and only refunded me $5000.
