I am so happy with my continuing recovery. I would recommend Dr. Chen and his staff to anyone. I still have facial redness, the tip of my nose will continue to have swelling for a number of months (which I was well-informed prior to the surgery) and I still have some swelling under my neck and on the sides of my face but recovery is going really well. I can’t stress how happy I am with everything Dr. Chen has done. I took a picture- I am only wearing mineral powder, eye and blush. No heavy foundation so the redness is fading well.

You look absolutely radiant! Uplifted and natural. I think this might be the doctor I'll go to for a face/neck lift one day. He seems to deliver beautiful results consistently.

My face from the laser resurfacing is still (as expected) quite red. There is quite a bit of dryness so I am really slapping on the moisturizer. I have notice a tightness in my skim though. The surface appears to be getting better too. The redness is improving fast though.
Swelling and bruising from the neck lift is taking its time (also as expected). I am thrilled with my nose (revision rhinoplasty). I was honestly not expecting such great results- my skin is very thick so not easy to ‘drape’ and so much drooping! I am incredibly happy with the way it has come out. I am expecting it to look even better when all the swelling is gone. I will never have a ‘button’ nose but I am so happy my sagging bulbous tip is gone!!! Miracle!
My biggest complaint would be the swelling and numbness in my lower face/jaw/under jaw. I hate the stiffness, swelling and discomfort. It is improving and it has been less than 2 weeks so I can deal with it but it is the worst part for me.
I went out for the first time 10 days after the work. Redness was hard to cover but I don’t think anyone was staring.

Great results! I'm looking to have revision rhinnoplasty as well, and I'm amazed at how little swelling you have. I noticed there was no nose cast/splint in the post op pics. Does Dr. Chen not use them, or did you not need one in this case?

Thank you Madgingerdrawf! I honestly cannot believe how much he did with my nose- I was not super optimistic because 2 or 3 other plastic surgeons warned me I probably wouldn't get great results. Unlike my first surgery/surgeon he did a open revision. I have an incision between my nostrils but the incision is unbelievably well hidden already. No splint at all. I would have done the surgery years ago if I would have known it would turn out this good. My sister was astonished with everything and now is scheduled to have all the same surgeries as me. I should get a finders fee! The best advice I can give you is please fine someone that specializes in revision rhinoplasty! Good luck!!
