I don t like with my result. My nose looks crooked, i can t breath and my tip dropped too much. Looks down. I started to speak with other doctors but some refused my revision because of my thick skin. I m down to Sureyya Seneldir, Taskin and Erkan Soylu.

After looking at the before and after photos, I think your nose looks really good. Unfortunately, we will never get a perfect nose. I had a rhinoplasty about a year and 4 months ago. While my nose was severely crooked, it's much better now. Keep your chin up beautiful, things could always be worse!

I think your nose looks great. It suits you. This comes from someone who is looking to get a nose job, because I have hated my nose since I was a teen.

I also have thick skin, i feel your pain. I will say your nose does not look bad, especially when compared to mine. I do agree the tip is still somehow bulbous, but honestly I would be happy to have your nose. What makes me wonder is i have not yet had a doctor turn me down for rhinoplasty due to thick skin.. although i have only spoken to 3 total and they are all located in Colorado. I would love to travel elsewhere to have a revision, i just never really traveled far before and i wouldnt know where to begin. I am thinking of taking a chance and going to new york myself to havey second revision but i have also found one doctor in denver i may go with. Maybe thats what i need to do, go where there are very experienced surgeons thousands of miles away. I am definitely interested in seeing what u decide to do and with what surgeon, maybe it will help me make a decision as well

Is not about the tip. Is about i have a big dent and is crooked. If my nose was straight and no dent, i will leave it alone. I had a video call with Ahmet Alp. He said my tip is collapsed. Maybe you can t see it so good is the pictures. Trust me, is bad.

So, my nose doesn t look good at all. The swelling covered all the imperfections. My nose is crooked and my nasal bones are showing. I started to reaserch doctors for my revision next year. I have to wait one more year because i have thick skin. I am 13 months now from my previous revision. I spoke with Dr Erkan Soylu and Dr Saban Celebi. If you have any informations about them, i will be thankfull. Dr Soylu told me what is wrong with my nose, what can be done. They are both good with revisions so is very hard to choose. Although Dr Soylu makes the nosese shorter and with the round tip like i want.

You need to go see Dr Gary Motykie. I wold love to have him do a revision for me, I met with him, he's excellent.

I personally would not see this doctor, there are a lot of people who claim he does things not discussed during surgery. Also people who have taken him to court.... He is not considered good here in la

Yes, I have consulted with a few and after going to se them in person and reading reviews, I have found out more. This makes me concerned about the real results of De Motykie. I love his aesthetic, but I don't know that it's something I can trust. All of Dr Hyman's pictures are real, no photo shop and in speaking with him, he tells you exactly what is going on and the best way to get the results. Dr Hyman is also a Head/Neck specialist, so it's the only thing he is focused on.

I had my revision rhinoplasty on July 12 th in Turkey. My primary was in Romania 13 years ago and in time my nose begin to look pointy and with a dent on my left nostril. My skin is very very thick, i had a lot of scar tissue from my previous rhino and Dr Gence told me that the doctor that did my first intervention did a poorly job. I liked very much my nose in the beginning but now i feel that is to pushed down. Maybe am i crazy, i don' t now. But i really want your opinion. Some days i like my nose, some days i don't. I saw Dr Gence one week ago( he came to Romania) and he told me that if i want, in 2 years he can make my nose more little. I wanted the tip of the nose more up. I' m smilling while i write this review because one day ago i read here about a girl who did a primary rhino, also in Turkey, and she was complaining about her tip being to high. So, i'm going to put my before and after and wait for your opinions.

I think your nose suits your face and to me it seems your tip just still has a lot of swelling. I also have thick skin and it took ages for the swelling to fully resolve when I had my primary rhino 25 year ago. I've read that with sick skin (worst case scenario) it can even take years for the swelling to completely go away. In any case, I would not touch your face under any circumstances, as I said it really suits your face, will surely still change in the next months and you are extremely attractive as is.

Thank you very much. I think my biggest fear is that my tip drops more and my nose becomes more narrow. It already is. I wish my nose remains swollen like it is. Dr Gence told me that my tip won' t drop more but i'm not so sure.

To my opinion u dont need revision... Your new nose perfectly looks good on you.. But afterall if its bothering you too much then you need to take a call. Also for tip lift filler is the easiest option which will give an temporary effect. You may try temporary filller to see how it looks and then you may decide for revision. Hope this information helps.

I m afraid of filler because i don't know if the substance will migrate in other areas, like it happens sometimes with the lips. And as far as i know, you cannot do revision after. I will wait 2 years and after i will make my decision. As i told you, i' m very afraid that my nose will continue to change after the swelling goes. And it will be pointy and narrow again, and it will look big. Bacause a higher tip, like a semi fantasy nose or a baby nose looks smaller than a pushed down nose.

Do you consider revision? And if you do, what doctors do you have in mind? I started to look in doctors instagram pages after my surgery. I like dr Iker Kokak s work. He makes a little upturns noses like i want. And Dr Erkan Ent also.

I will write a review, my nose is bad, there's a visible incision scar it's red and people have noticed it and my columella has spread it's wide and blocking my breathing.

I think your nose looks great. It looks natural and suits your facial features. I think a good nose job is one where the nose is the last of the features you notice. Like your eyes and bone structure are the first things I notice. I wouldn’t touch your nose again. But I also know it’s frustrating when something bothers you. But you are young and attractive. These things won’t bother you as you get older.
I don’t think an upturned nose would fit your pretty face
