WORTH IT
I have had two Rhinoplasty surgeries in the past (with two different surgeons) so this was my second revision. Needless to say I was extremely nervous as my previous two experiences had not gone well. Dr Paun was extremely patient with me, he really listened to what I wanted and continued to walk me through the procedure right up until we went into the operating theater because I had so much anxiety.
Please listen to Dr Paun when he says it will be a shock after he takes the cast off and that there is still a lot of swelling. Doesn't matter how much you prepare, it really was a shock but day by day the swelling went down and the beautiful result appeared.
It is now almost 5 months after my surgery and I am so happy with end result - especially since so many other surgeons told me my nose would be tough to fix. Dr Paun did an fantastic job. You will be in good hands if you move forward with Dr Paun - I would highly recommend him.

Thank you for your review. Did he show you before and after photos of previous clients? The consultants I’ve so far visited are reluctant for various different reasons to show me photos of their previous work. This makes me suspicious as the consultant who did my surgery last year hadn’t show me photos!
Are you willing to say which other consultants you visited before making your decision. Did you see Mr F Bast, Mr B Hunter by any chance?

I don’t think it is wise to have surgery with any surgeon who refuses to show before and after photos especially if you are getting a revision. It is not worth the risk
i am looking to have a third rhinoplasty because my nose is so deformed after my revision, and it's made me so unhappy and i have no confidence anymore. can i ask, how much was this surgery? i know i need to go with a specialist now but worry it's out of my price range. thanks x
