I was searching for a doctor to do my (first) revision rhinoplasty while I was staying in Korea. For this I consulted with a few doctors but I immediately decided to go with Dr. Kim after my first consultation with him. During my consultation Dr. Kim was really attentive; he took time to listen closely to my concerns and in walking me through what he suggested being done to address my concerns. He even pointed out things 'wrong' with my nose (wrapping of my bridge) that another doctor did not notice and seemed uninterested in fixing when I also discussed addressing if I decided to go with him (this further concretized my decision of choosing Dr. Kim). I wanted my bridge a bit slimmer with a more defined and lower tip. I was wanted my alars taken in a bit more. I'm currently 7 weeks post and looking forward to the final results. I also had chin lipo and facial fat grafting (mostly of my under-eyes, temples, and forehead, and a bit on my chin and laugh lines).

Hi Momo! I was following your story with Dr Lee. I thought you looked beautiful, esp in the latest review. What made you decide to do a revision? And with a diff doctor? Did Dr Kim use rib or silicone?

As I mentioned in my 2 last reviews of my primary rhino, I was not satisfied with my nose; the tip was still bulbous and upturned and nostrils too wide. Additionally, I experienced warping which made my bridge deviated and nostrils look uneven even looking face on. The effects of the mid-face augmentation had long since dissipated. Therefore, I decided to do a revision. I was unhappy with the results of my primary rhino therefore it made no sense to me to go back to the same doctor (also they moved their practice to jeju which is suspect to me). Dr. kim was able to use the rib cartilage already present in my nose for my revision (thankfully he didn't need to harvest anymore whether rib or ear).
