Grateful but Heartbroken

Dr. Terella was wonderful, and my surgery went flawlessly. But...
I paid over $13,000 for the rhinoplasty that left me unable to breathe. For those few months, I actually felt pretty.
I knew the graft I received would make part of my nose wider, but I had no idea it would look this bad. I thought the graft would taper to fit with my existing anatomy. But the top part of the graft doesn't even look connected to the upper part of my nose. I look worse than before my first surgery.
The first two pictures are 5 and 6 months after my initial surgery. The second two are now--two years after the revision.
I can breathe again. And I'm so grateful for that. But I feel like it could have been done more artfully or, if it could have been, that Dr. Terella would have explained the extreme change in shape that would happen so I could have made an informed decision.
