Forever Grateful to Dr. Enrico Robotti

I underwent a complex revision rhinoseptoplasty with Professor Enrico Robotti after two unsuccessful surgeries performed by another surgeon in Russia.
During the first surgery, too much bone was removed from my nose. During the second attempt to correct the situation, an artificial implant was inserted, but it was not properly fixed and was moving inside my nose. It constantly irritated the tissues, and over time the skin above it became increasingly thin.
By the time I came to Professor Robotti, I had almost stopped believing that my nose could be properly reconstructed.
Dr. Robotti removed the artificial implant and performed an extremely complex revision surgery that lasted more than five hours. He reconstructed my nose using rib cartilage and created exactly the nasal architecture that we had carefully planned together before surgery. He also straightened my septum. I could not have dreamed of such a result.
The level of precision was incredible. This was not simply a cosmetic correction — it was a complete reconstruction of a nose that had already undergone two previous surgeries and had severely compromised tissues.
Beyond his surgical skill, Dr. Robotti is also a genuinely kind and caring person. I always felt that he treated me not simply as a difficult surgical case, but as a person.
Four years later, I can say without any hesitation that Professor Robotti changed my life. He gave me a nose I could never have imagined was still possible after everything that had happened before.
Most importantly, he gave me my confidence back. I started living normally again, meeting people, falling in love, and I stopped constantly thinking about my nose. Before meeting him, I genuinely believed that my situation could no longer be fixed.
