WORTH IT
The before photo didn’t upload the first time... so uploading a few of my nose BEFORE my revision with Dr Ghavami. Hope this helps.
*Disclaimer, I never hated my before side profile, but the integrity of my nose was botched from my first functional procedure and the front tip was essentially pulling off of my nose and going crooked and beaked down. Dr. Ghavami was a miracle worker with my revision and saving my nose from the disaster years ago before.

Last week I came into your office for a 5-month post-op checkup for my extensive revision rhinoplasty, + platysmaplasty, chin lipo & buccal fat pad removal. But, I also had a facial with Marisa who always takes special care of my skin, even with suggested aftercare skincare, and who I feel super comfortable and connected with. I’m no celebrity, just a normal girl who had a bad experience years ago, and knew I needed the BEST in the business to reconstruct what was out of place from my previous rhinoplasty/septoplasty from the other doctor. I just have to say thank you for treating me with the same care and kindness as any celebrity or other patient that walks through your doors. Your staff makes me feel like family and always goes out of their way to accommodate me, especially being an out of state patient and with these crazy COVID times they have always remained thorough and reassuring.
I couldn’t be happier with my results, knowing I wasn’t going to get “perfection” ever, but Dr. Ghavami you came pretty damn close! And I’m so thankful! I still have a ways to go with healing (only being 5 months!) but thank you for the constant care and guiding me through the process even living across the country. You and your team are absolutely amazing and I’m so grateful for you all!
Here’s a photo of me today, living in -2°F windchill the last week and my skin is still feeling so hydrated and beautiful! Literally no filter here at all.... And ummm look at that side profile! I’m in love! Thank you!

I love the feminine slope/angle of your profile. He seems to do an excellent job with creating those kinds of lines. Happy healing to you! Congrats! I am a revision patient, too. I totally understand not expecting perfection.
Thank you so much! I still have a long way to go but am so thankful for how it looks and can't wait to see how it continues to heal/evolve!!!
