It was after much research that I reached out to Dr. Lee for revision rhinoplasty. I was lucky to have found best, and travelled from Vancouver for the surgery. It was well worth the trip!
I knew it was going to take a talented surgeon to correct my breathing and rebuild my nose after a previous rhinoplasty by a Canadian surgeon left me with collapsed nasal valves and a saddle nose deformity. Before meeting Dr. Lee, some surgeons suggested using gortex or a silicone implant to rebuild my nose, while other surgeons told me nothing could be done. This led me to research “the world’s best rhinoplasty surgeon” and ultimately, led me to Dr. Lee.
From the first time I met Dr. Lee, I was impressed by his detailed assessment of the issues with my previous surgery and his precise plan to correct those issues. His plan included harvesting my own rib tissue, and building a supportive foundation to prevent future collapse.
Admittedly, I was nervous about the procedure and travelling such long way from home for surgery. But, leading up to my departure date, Dr. Lee’s team was there to help with with every step of the way. Every detail of the trip was taken care of, right down to airport pick-up and transportation. A big thank you to Joann for always being so kind, energetic, and responsive to all of my questions!
The surgery results are nothing short of extraordinary. My nose perfectly suits my face and features, and looks completely natural. There is no question Dr. Lee is a perfectionist. Dr. Lee does not oversell himself because he doesn’t have to - the results speak for themselves.
The attention to detail and care does not end with the surgery, but continues throughout the aftercare process . During recovery, patients are encouraged to stay in suites within the same building as the surgical clinic to ensure a smooth recovery. I was brought healthily, anti-inflammatory meals the first few days after surgery. I was treated to facials and light therapy to reduce swilling. Dr. Lee cares very much about his patients and the long term results. The hands-on daily level of care in this day and age is unheard of.
