24 years old & nose now functions perfectly & is even cute!

Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Undavia. After being bullied growing up for my large nose and making an impulsive decision at 17 by letting my local ENT perform a rhinoplasty while correcting a deviated septum, my nose was a disaster. Due to how much cartilage was resected and the hanging appearance of my nose I looked into having a revision. I was talked into a difficult rib graft surgery by a plastic surgeon at 20 years old. This doctor left my nose asymmetrical and with one nostril completely collapsed upon heavy breathing. After being warned by my friends and family that my nose “will only get worse” if I go for another revision, I just lived with this deformity which hindered my breathing along with my confidence. 3 years later I came to terms with the fact that I was unhappy and I started consulting with doctors again. I spoke to several Manhattan doctors and was even willing to fly to California, but I wanted a doctor who was an ENT and not just a plastic surgeon. I finally found Dr. Undavia, from our first consult I felt how genuine he was and how confident he was that he could give me a better aesthetic result while addressing my collapsed nostril. During my consultation I did not feel rushed at all, and he was extremely realistic with what could be achieved since tertiary rhinoplasty is extremely difficult. As nervous as I was at the time, one year later I can say that going forward with him was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He truly surpassed my expectations. At 24 years old my nose has been through so much, but now it functions perfectly and is even CUTE (something I thought I would never say). I finally feel like I can move on with my life, thank you Dr. Undavia.
