Rhino-septo plastic surgery with fat transfer to the lips

I had a rhino-septo plastic surgery with fat transfer to the lips in February . I got fat transferred from my abs to the lips . They were swollen for the first 2 weeks , looked really plum and delicious for 2-3 months . Dr Ende straightened the airways and made the appearance of my nose look smaller and pointed out, while it has a natural look I’m very happy with the results, I can finally breathe again!!!
