Revision Rhinoplasty

I have chosen Dr. Michael Roskies as my revision doctor.
The reason I chose Dr. Roskies was because another member on here who had her primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Torgerson was fixed by Dr. Roskies. Her results were shockingly beautiful! He literally rebuilt her a brand new nose completely unrecognizable to what Torgerson left her with.
I initially wanted to go to Asia but with this virus and being a new mom I wanted to stay close to home.
Dr. Roskies is confident, kind and honest.
I am having a revision rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal performed by him. My surgery will be 6.5 hours.
He told me he only performs one revision a month and I will be his only patient of the day. He really takes pride in his work and wants a natural result for his patients. I will have access to his personal number and he told me that he wants to be in close contact with me after my surgery to insure I am doing well.
He asked me if I give it a try and he’s not able to help me will I still be happy? I said yes because at least I tried. He said he believes he can help me or he wouldn’t take on the case, as he’s turned down several people before but :( he also wants to make sure that because my case is difficult I will be happy even if for some reason he can’t fix me like he hoped.
I would rather him be honest than to tell me what I want to hear like Dr. Togerson did.
He asked me my main concerns and I told him my nostrils and over rotated tip. He will be focusing on those. I would like my nose to look as close to my old nose as possible so he will be using that as a reference while performing my revision.
If you read my primary rhinoplasty review you’ll see I never wanted a dramatic change in my natural nose in the first place. Dr. Torgerson just decided to go crazy with it :(.
I’m not going to lie I’m nervous. It’s been 3 years. However, I’m also excited and hopeful! If Dr. Roskies can give me a natural appearing nose it will be life changing!

Day of treatment
Surgery is here!
I’m very nervous. If any of you have kept up with my reviews you’ll know I haven’t had the best luck with surgery. Praying that this one goes well. I just want to look normal honestly. Holding on to my son’s teddy waiting for them to bring me in!
